Job Details

Require chartered accountant with experience of around 6 to 8 years in industry.

Work profile :

• Quarterly and annual financial statements including notes to accounts with consolidation
• Handling Internal auditor & Statutory auditor
• Fixed Asset Register and Depreciation
• MIS – month wise & rig wise Cash flow, P/L
• Provisions working
• Financial of subsidiary and branch and their follow up
• Certification from practising CA for PPLC
• Un-hedge foreign currency exposure certificate
• Day to day accounting
• CMA preparation
• Day to day dealing with banks
• Projection Model for new funding
• Handling of due diligence, forensic audit if required
• Handling of team of around 7 to 8 persons
• Working knowledge of GST & TDS
• Data submission to board or to investors
• Working of Deferred Tax, MAT and Income Tax
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision ERP is preferrable
